Unity Health Care's East of the River Health Center is moving to a new location!

The East of the River Health Center at 123 45th Street NE last day of service is Thursday, February 28, 2019. We're excited to open the doors at our new location across the street in The Conway Center located at 4414 Benning Road NE on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
We look forward to seeing you and your family at our new larger location!
