If you need medical advice after hours, call 469-4699 and select option 2 to reach the nurse advice line. If you need urgent clinical advice and need to speak to a triage nurse or the on-call provider, please call 202-469-4699 and select option 2. For medical emergencies, please call 911.
After-hours medical assistance is available after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 a.m. Monday.
TO REQUEST A MEDICATION REFILL:
Call your pharmacy first. They can refill a prescription or request a prescription renewal from your provider. Keep your most recent bottle to see:
- Prescription number
- Date of your original prescription
- Number of refills left on your prescription
- Name of doctor who prescribed the medicine
- The expiration date of the drug inside the container

Complete the Community Event Application to host an event to benefit Unity Health Care. Note: Once we have received your application, it will be reviewed and approved within two weeks, pending consultation with our fundraising staff.
