TO REQUEST A MEDICATION REFILL:
Call your pharmacy first. They can refill a prescription or request a prescription renewal from your provider. Keep your most recent bottle to see:
- Prescription number
- Date of your original prescription
- Number of refills left on your prescription
- Name of doctor who prescribed the medicine
- The expiration date of the drug inside the container
