To speak with a provider on call after hours:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you need to speak to a provider after hours about a non-emergency concern, please call 202-469-4699 and select option 2.
Please note that all Unity Health centers are closed on the first Thursday of each month from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
To request a medication refill:
Call your pharmacy first. They can refill a prescription or request a prescription renewal from your provider. Keep your most recent bottle to see:
- Prescription number
- Date of your original prescription
- Number of refills left on your prescription
- Name of doctor who prescribed the medicine
- The expiration date of the drug inside the container

Complete the Event Request Form. Note: All requests need to be submitted no later than 60 days before the event. Once received, we will review your application for approval.
