*If you are pregnant or think that you may be pregnant, come to a Unity Health Center for testing, care, and connection to resources. Same-day appointments are available every day.

Patients can receive factual, non-biased information and resources on all pregnancy options – prenatal care and delivery, abortion care, and adoption services; however, our health centers do not offer abortion services.

Confidential Services for Adolescents:

According to DC law, people under age 18 can have appointments for the following services at Unity without parental consent or notification: pregnancy testing, prenatal care, birth control, STI/HIV testing and treatment, substance abuse screening and treatment, and mental health care.

At the same time, we encourage young people to involve their parents or a trusted adult in health care decisions whenever possible.

Adolescents can be seen at all Unity health centers.
