I chose family medicine because of my belief in the importance of preventative medicine, my desire to have lifelong relationships with my patients, and to have the opportunity to see a variety of complex cases. In my free time, I enjoy watching TV shows, following NBA news, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.

I chose Family Medicine because I love to practice Osteopathic Medicine in a holistic, patient-focused setting. I came to Unity Health Care because it prioritizes its patients and relationship with the community. Unity recognizes the importance of preventative and lifestyle medicine and shares my passion for patient education. When not working I love to play and watch soccer, run on trails, and visit Renaissance Festivals.

I chose family medicine because I get to practice a bit of everything and treat all types of patients and complains. I am so excited to be one of the Wright Center team for its great contribution to primary care and caring for the underserved population. I feel privileged to practice at the Washington DC location as well. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and watching TV.

I am thrilled to return home for the opportunity to serve and advocate for the most underserved within my community. Unity holds true to its mission- this program is moving medicine forward by sustainably bridging healthcare disparities and strengthening our community. It is purposeful, and the fundamental reason why I went into medicine.

As a former sonographer, I have a special interest in teaching Point-of-Care Ultrasound and its role in community health. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, suffering through Orangetheory workouts, and supporting all things DC sports!

I chose Unity Health Care because its commitment to providing care to underserved communities reflects my core belief that healthcare should be accessible to all regardless of economic, socio-political disparity. Outside of work, I love indulging in pop culture podcasts/tv/film, writing essays (for fun, I swear), and following dogs on Instagram.

I chose Family Medicine at Unity and the Wright Center because of its community-based health care model. I believe focusing on preventative medicine is an integral part of improving the overall health of the community, and I'm glad I'm at a program that fully incorporates that belief into practice. I also was drawn to the treatment of underserved populations along with the homeless, prison, and street medicine that is offered by Unity.

With an interest in sports medicine, it's great that Unity has osteopathic recognition from ACGME. I love being in a city with such a great historical and cultural background as Washington DC. Outside of medicine, my interests include hiking, basketball, playing the saxophone, exploring the city, football, going to museums, and binge-watching movies/TV shows
