Teen & Young Adult Services

Growing bones need great healthcare. We proudly provide medical and confidential counseling services at two school-based health centers and teen health clinics at our health center locations. We provide a safe, friendly and comfortable environment to meet your teen health care needs.

School-Based Health Centers

A School-Based Health Center (SBHC) provides comprehensive primary care services in a school year round. A SBHC can serve as a student's primary health care provider or supplement the services they would normally receive. Each SBHC offers medical, oral, social, mental health services, and health education to enrolled students.

We currently provide medical services to enrolled students at the following locations:

Appointments are scheduled at the enrolled student's school-based health center. Stop by your school's health center to learn more.
