School-Based Health Centers
A School-Based Health Center (SBHC) provides comprehensive primary care services in a school year round. A SBHC can serve as a student's primary health care provider or supplement the services they would normally receive. Each SBHC offers medical, oral, social, mental health services, and health education to enrolled students.
We currently provide medical services to enrolled students at the following locations:
