Medical House Call Program

This traveling clinic serves patients in Wards 7 and 8 who have difficulty getting to Unity’s clinics. Based at Unity’s Congress Heights Health Center, the program focuses on the care of adult patients, with an emphasis on care for the elderly, including the diagnosis and treatment of dementia, incontinence, falls, gait instability, and movement disorders.
