Unity has been providing homeless services since 1985 when we got our start as the Health Care for the Homeless Project (HCHP). We currently operate 10 homeless medical service sites located in almost every ward of the District of Columbia. We provide quality, compassionate and comprehensive primary health care services to more than 8,000 homeless individuals and families annually.
