The DC Department of Health has decided not to renew the lease on the building occupied by Unity Health Care at Woodridge Health Center. As a result, Unity Health Care at Woodridge Health Center will be permanently closing on July 16, 2010. Unity Health Care is committed to assuring that you continue receiving quality health care services and would like to offer you health care at one of our other community health services and clinics. As well, you may choose to continue care with your current primary care provider, who will be locating to another Unity Health care clinic. If you choose not to remain with your current primary care provider or Unity Health Care we will be glad to assist in the transfer of your medical record to your provider of choice.
